I went to Henry's Auto Upholstery to have full upholstery done to my classic vehicle [redacted] and I sat down went over on the what the cost would be for the complete jobThe next day I then dropped off all of the pieces I was to get done first which was the front seat, rear seat, front door panels, rear door panels minus the vehicle because I would bring that last to get the headliner and carpet done when the other other interior pieces were finishedHe gave me a a completion date of a week and made out a receipt and with all the listed and cost of what was to get done and the priceHe then asked for a $down deposit to get things started and that was also listed in the receipt as well my signature and his signatureI left the $deposit and left my items with him to get doneI checked in frequently to see how my items were doing and he said it would be more time because he fell behind with another job and I was okay with that as long as the job was going to get doneAnother w

Terrible experience with a simple job replacing the door inserts in a VW BeetleThe work was shoddy with buldges and wrinklesWhen confronted Henry agreed it was poor quality and would redo itweeks later after countless un returned calls, new deadlines missed, and him always having an excuse, I had to take my panels back unfinishedThe inserts he had redone were still wrong and are uselessI requested my money back and never heard backA week nightmare, a loss of $which I thought was high anyway and here I sit with junkDo not use this business unless you want to waste money and and put up with avoidance and liesA negative rating is to high for Henry

I came to Mr*** on May 25th We discussed the cost to do my whole inside of my truck leather and change the seat beltsHe sais it would be $1,for the jobWe agreed he would charge my card for $at that time and $upon completionHe said it would take weeks I agreed to let him do the jobMr*** took $off my card and did not start the work until weeks laterI was trying to get the car painted so he said he would take the seats out of the inside of the car so he can do them and send the car to the paint shopI asked him how will we get the car to the paint shop he said, "don't worry I can use my AAA card to have it towed there no charge." I agreedI called Mr*** two weeks later to find out if he had sent the car to the paint shop he said "no, I hadn't got to it." One week later Mr*** said he took the inside and seats out of the truck and he was going to send it to the paint shop (Earl Shine paint in Ontario, California)week

I had the headliner and visors reupholsteredThey were to be done new in original upholsteryHe just wrapped some black vinyl around the visorsI returned them to him and he was to get new ones he also broke one of the brackets that holds the visorsAnd he was to replace itI called him Thursday of this week to get this done he made a o’clock Saturday appointmentHe didn’t show againThis is the second time he has done thisHave called again and is not answering his phoneWhich he hardly ever doesI have gone by there numerous times and he has not been there
