I am fully aware of the "so called contract" that they make you sign, but their practices in reaching out to you when you are literally 1-weeks late in your payment is HARASSMENT! They literally call everyday, from different numbers, leave hundreds of messages, and threats that they're going to come to your house to remove whatever item you were unfortunate to rent from themI understand that we are late, but we aren't delinquent in the sense of months to warrant this kind of treatmentIt's ridiculous and it is not proper business ethicIf I'm late for a month or more, I get itBut being late for one week or two does not give a business permission to harass somebody into payingEven when you are trying to work with them, and pay what you can, they will literally call you the next day to ask you to pay moreAnd if I am pushed to it, I will contact an attorney, and let them deal with themI'm making payments on the item, whatever it is that I have at the time, so I shouldn't be getting calls literally every freaking day, three to five times a day to make a payment! IT'S CALLED HARASSMENT!!!!!!!!!

The staff are grumpy, especially a woman called Maira in Kirkman store, the store tells you a value that you will pay per month, but in fact this amount will be different because they change later and include taxes and applicable fees, that is, it is in their hands as they leave and make you sign papers with open values, if one day they decide that the applicable rates due to economic crisis, they'll be within the law and that you were a fool to fall on them !! I'll pay for everything! But this is the first and the last time !!! and I will disclose what happened !!! Disappointed !!!!!!!
