On 9-22-15, I called the customer phone 1-800-472-4346 to pay the invoice #22735783 and #22670494 in full $764.69 with Julie. However, the credit card transaction was $1972 57 at that night as viewing at STATEMENT ON CREDIT CARD.
I called back today 9-23-2015, Julie insisting she told the total charged $1972.57 over the phone but it is a LIE. She has no right to bill the credit card different amount as told by client. I hope the public alert doing future business the HENRY SCHEIN.
