Review: I purchased several ratchet load binders from this company. One of them immediately broke in half upon use. I tried to get the defective unit replaced a week after purchase with the receipt and was charged for a new ratchet load binder. I called the company to ask why and was told "These ratchets come from China and we cant guarantee their quality."Desired Settlement: I cant believe this company wont replace something that breaks the first time it is used. I have never heard of a company that operates in this manner.
