Here is some info on my black Light test and being in this kind of business....This is why it is my professional opinion it is cat urine....look online as wellEveryone uses these in this industryThe places the spots I found/smell and black light all point to it being cat urine..so my professional opinion is that it's cat urineI did exactly what I was asked to doI will not falsify saying I do not believe this is not cat urine it my professional opinion. About a year ago I was asked to go into a house and do a black light test, which if you call carpet companies in this town they all use the black light testI had never met the owners of this house, I've always dealt with the real estate companiesIt is my professional opinion that this was

Apparently, this house was taken off the market and then in September a real estate company called and asked me to please go do a carpet clean with pet enzymes, because of the black light test I had doneNobody told the client that we were doing this, whom I had never spoken to during this whole timeMy employee went to the house did what he was advised to do, we had to leave blowers unfortunately, when you put pet enzymes on the carpet it can take any place from to hours to dryThe client was extremely unhappy about this, we went back the next day to move the blowers to try to get it to dry fasterI personally called the client myself after the real estate company telling me "You have an upset client call her yourself" even though I had never spoken or gotten the work order from the clientShe was never advised by the real estate company exactly what we were doing, just that it was a carpet cleanI feel like I was put in a very bad position by the real estate agencyI felt so horrible that I gave the client a really good priceShe had SQ FT of Carpet/Steps...with enzymes I charged her only $525.92, this would have been $I did everything in my power to make the client happy, when I talked with her I apologized and thought she knew I was doing it because of the "cat urine" I'm truly sorry I had offended herShe thanked me for calling her, she really appreciated itI do not feel I did anything wrong this was a complete misunderstanding, do to the lack of communication from the real estate agency
