Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: how do you expect a customer to respond to going from perfectly melted once to burnt to disgusting brown....? I responded the way I did cause the manager I spoke with was clueless and had no idea how to handle the situationI shall demand a refund again as I was wronged and the request is perfectly nice compared to what could be askedI shall defend my thoughts without hesitation Regards, [redacted] ***

at 10:PMsubject: complaint *** responseDear Revdex.com,I have read the complaint and the complainant fails to mention that he is a former employee who quit without noticeI read his original complaint on *** and did not see anything wrong the picture he posted online of his burgerBleu cheese crumbles brown when they are meltedWe have sold thousands of these burgers over the last years and I have never had any complaint about the melted cheese as thisAll of the orders that the complainant have made were takeout orders and the fries were boxed hot.I would have been very happy to have settled the complaint with the complainant in order to satisfy a customerWhen we are at fault, and many times when we are not, we take full responsibility and go above and beyond to rectify the situationBut after having reviewed the pictures and the way he talked to my staff, I will not honor his requestI will not reward someone for cursing at and belittling my staffFurthermore, the complainant is no longer welcome in our storeI would suggest bringing forth your future complaints to businesses in a civilized manner, ranting and yelling will not produce your desired outcome.I consider this matter fully resolved.Sincerely,Bryan J***OwnerHenry’s Pub

I am rejecting this response because: I demand a refund as the picture proves its burnt and looks more like cereal and tastes disgustingFirst one was perfect so the fact you keep trying to explain that's is crapI will continue to demand a refundYour manager knew nothing on how to handle the situation so of course I got upsetYou gonna ignore every upset customer? You'll lose all your customers

I stand behind my original responseI will not be coerced into a refund by someone that talked to my staff the way this claimant has, especially when the picture he posted conflicts with his claimIn the future I would suggest to not send profanity laced and insulting comments in a request for a refundHad the claimant handled this appropriately initially, I would have gladly given him a refund as a goodwill gesture even though his picture was contrary to his claim
