As stated very clearly at all of our locations, no returns and no exchanges due to the nature of our productswe sell
we can not take any itmes back once it has been openedNo exceptions, We had initially offered to provide the customer with all paperwork required to send item back for
replacement
from the manufacturer, we also informed him that the company workes out of California and a turn around time for replacemnt is 3-business days.
All manufactureres will replace items that are defective due to their manufacturing, so as long as it is determined that item had a manufacturing defect, then the device is replaced
All this could have been resolved in the first week but for some reason the customer is hesitating sending the device back
Unfortunatly at this point there is nothing that Henry's Vape can do therefor we recommended visiting other store for future purchases
On a personal note, this young gentleman's recollection of our phone call seems to lack a few important details such as speaking to me with disrespect, stating that
he knows all these people in different city governement, this did come through as very threating, thus leaving me no choice to step back, stop our phone conversation and ask him to shop elsewhere
He has visited the shop again after my request and has made our employees very uncomfortable
This will be the last time we respond to this matter.

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:1) the owners wife told me that they used to return items, but because of people wanting returns on fully functional devices, they stopped doing itThis doesn't apply to my case at all because they sold me a defective product and made a 20$ profit margin on it
2) I was very respectful in all my dealings, especially with the employees, who reassured me that they knew I was not attacking them or being "threatening"The business is lyingBoth Derek and Stephen were employees that I dealt with and I assured them I knew it wasn't their fault I just wanted the matter resolved
3) I only visited the shop the first two days this issue arose; I haven't been back since and they have footage to prove that I haven't returned until this was resolved
4) as far as threatening the owner's wife, all I did was mention people I knew in the city system who sympathized with me and understood my problemI wasn't threatened when she told me her lawyers could easily handle meThe point of this isn't about someone hurt feelings, it's about the fact that they have and continue to be dishonestThe reason I didn't want to go through the paperwork, extra money and 2-week waiting period is the same reason I went to a local store, not to mention the fact that charging me extra is illegal, like I have mentioned before.
5) I left my number with the business 2-times and politely asked for the manager to call me back, to which he never didThey have been purposely avoiding resolving the issue, which is very dishonest.I have been trying to communicate with them, they simply won't comply
6) the owner's wife told me I was attacking her purposely when I suggested their lack of business ethics, and to ask them to consider the fact that 140$ is much more to me than them, and when I told her I went to a private school where I was trained to communicate with committing fallacies such as the one she referenced (ad hominem) she began to mock me, and very juvenile-like began to compare her education with mine
7) all of the arguments she provided you are nothing she has said to me before, which leads me to believe they are just things she created for the sake of protecting themselvesThe business is very unprofessional, and although I am only 19, you'll find that the only one recreating the incident accurately is the one speaking to you nowShe told me she was confident they wouldn't get in trouble.
8) during our first phone call she asked if her employee Derek had checked the device before selling it like most Vape stores( including the one I worked at) are required to do and when I told her no she dropped the subject and told me there was nothing they could doShe and I both knew that it was the salesman's responsibility and she casually tried to avoid the factNaturally, she neglected to tell you thisAnd most other relevant information
