He states that he had advised the consumer that she could take her car somewhere else and the consumer decided to wait for him because he states that they were the cheapest. He states that...
when they moved the cars to the new shop, they took the plates off the car and states that the consumer's plates got put on the wrong car. He states that the consumer advised him that there was an issue with her brakes. He states that the did engine work on the consumer car. Mr. [redacted] states that he advised the consumer that he could repair the brakes but the consumer would need to pay for the job. He states that the consumer also advised him that she did not write the complaint that her mother did. He states that the consumer just picked up her car.

charge to him now as far as his starter goes when he was told of the starter problem he was fine with us installing it, when installing an engine a customer doesn't realize all there parts such as a c compressor starter alternator and power steering pump all have to be swapped over from there old engine that being said A/C compressor not our fault starter not our fault he had the option to take it to another shop for this and it had nothing to do with the repair at hand we installed an engine trans leak we helped with again had nothing to do with what my shop was retained to do as far as i'm aware the engine runs fine engine light was made rite all other problems were his, As far as gas goes I am not aware of this complaint, and customers should have enough gas in them for test rides and so forth not the responsibility of the shop if I have to put gas in cars I ad it to the bill with receipts attached, In closing I am sorry to be in a dispute with a good customer but facts are facts
