Review: I went to Kiss My Lipstick Beauty Studio on [redacted] and I saw the prices online and I figured maybe there a bit higher then going to a regular chinese spot because of their quality, and how the customer was going to be treated. I had to place a deposit over the phone and book an appointment which was fine. When I got their the lady stated that my nails weren't in the best shape and that I should take them off and re do them and I asked her if it was possible to do that today and she said no because she had no time I took it as if she had another appointment which was fine. Then I told her a cut on my finger and she got a bit of an attitude but the cut was prior to the appointment I had. She not only went hard on the filing of my nail on that specific spot but she cut me in other areas and stated I shouldn't do acrylics since my skin in so sensitive. Another girl was there and the lady asked if she can continue my nails because she wanted to eat. Then I did my eyebrows, not only did it take forever because apparently they needed to shape them but they cut very bad and I didn't notice how bad it was until I arrived home..and my eyebrows looked the same after I left. When I paid the balance I noticed that my nails came out to $25 and not $18 which is the price online and the price I was told when I called when I asked the lady who did my nails who is also the owner she said she had so much work to do with my nails she needed to charge me more but I was never told this till after I paid. I contacted the owner and she came out extremely unprofessional and rude and told me she was going to file a police report because I asked her for my money back and she said no so I told her I was going to dispute my charge through my bank. She also decided to send me heart emojis after stating she was going to file a police report on me.Desired Settlement: I would like my complete balance repaid back to me. The deposit and the other amount I needed to pay when I arrived to the beauty studio.
