I am rejecting this response because: how do you expect a customer to respond to going from perfectly melted once to burnt to disgusting brown....? I responded the way I did cause the manager I spoke with was clueless and had no idea how to handle the situation. I shall demand a refund again as I was wronged and the request is perfectly nice compared to what could be asked. I shall defend my thoughts without hesitation.

I read his original complaint on [redacted] and did not see anything wrong the picture he posted online of his burger. Bleu cheese crumbles brown when they are melted. We have sold thousands of these burgers over the last 10 years and I have never had any complaint about the melted cheese as this. All of the orders that the complainant have made were takeout orders and the fries were boxed hot.I would have been very happy to have settled the complaint  with the complainant  in order to satisfy a customer. When we are at fault, and many times when we are not, we take full responsibility and go above and beyond to rectify the situation. But after having reviewed the pictures and the way he talked to my staff, I will not honor his request. I will not reward someone for cursing at and belittling my staff. Furthermore, the complainant is no longer welcome in our store. I would suggest bringing forth your future complaints to businesses in a civilized manner, ranting and yelling will not produce your desired outcome.I consider this matter fully resolved.Sincerely,Bryan J[redacted]OwnerHenry’s Pub

I stand behind my original response. I will not be coerced into a refund by someone that talked to my staff the way this claimant has, especially when the picture he posted conflicts with his claim. In the future I would suggest to not send profanity laced and insulting comments in a request for a refund. Had the claimant handled this appropriately initially, I would have gladly given him a refund as a goodwill gesture even though his picture was contrary to his claim.
