To Who It May Concern, We Apologize for any Inconvenience this may bring to the Revdex.com and our customerOur office was never contacted by customer with any issues with the fence as we were suppose to, customer has office phone number and salesperson personal cell phone numberOur company will be more
than happy to solve this problem one way or another but we refuse to be taken advantage of the amount customer is requestingAs we recall we received a deposit from customer before Install date and then received full amount of payment at completion of workFor customer to say job was done poorly makes us wonder why final payment was never STOPPED if customer was not satisfied with jobWe left premises in good terms with customer, even though customer changed work order for an addition cosmetic pillar after work was completed an extra charge of $that customer refused to payWe decided to take a loss as long as we left with a happy customerOur proposal that was signed by customer states ''Change order subject to additional charge''Only to receive this notice a few months later*Regarding to grout problems our Contract never stated that our company was going to place grout in between stone veneerThat was another change of order that customer requested after stones were already laid outHowever we went ahead and placed grout on rocksAfter the grout was laid customer gave us the Okay to continue and never mentioned anything of the job done poorly*Regarding damages on the surrounding propertyWhen our Salesman meet with customer to give out proposalCustomer stated to our salesman that his whole entire front yard would be demo and re-doneThat is why our crew only placed tarps in our work areaWe were unaware of the dust particles on customers driveway and after doing a final walk through with customer, customer did not mention anything about drive way or any problems with his wood siding until this noticeWe apologize we couldn't keep all dust particles down when cutting concrete blocks, and also lets not forget about the day demo of the original brick wall and constant jack hammeringAfter removing our tools and our tarps our crew did pressure wash our working area*Regarding uneven columnsOur Company never received any measurements from company that built customers gate to make our columns line up with his gateHowever we had to build our fence same height and line up with original fence surrounding the premises, and that was all we were told to go byContractor that installed customers gate should make his gate line up with our columns because the gate was built after the completion of the columnsOnly communication we had with contractor who built gate was that all he needed from us was to install a piece of 2''X 2'' square tubing on top corner of one of the pillarsIf our company would have known that they needed different measurement for his gate our company would have made that possibleWe Sincerely Apologize for any inconvenience and would like to make this fair for both customer and our companyThank you, Hensel And Castillo Fencing
