I applied for an apartment at Henson creek everything went wrong first of all fund of a $100 came out of my checking account without sending me notice I was approved for the unit I had to contact Henson creek about their policy and was informed that I could have gotten a welcome letter with link on how too finish the application process it all came after I contact the property I completed the process to the end wich a\had to be completed 72 hours I read the whole contact initialed all and signed went on rentcafe which handle application for Henson creek apartments or Morgan. to find out that my application was canceled I contacted Henson creeks apartment on Dec.7 and was told that it was canceled because I did not finish the application in time which I did on Dec. 9, 2019, I went to the office to speak with the office manager and was told the I had to reapply for the unit 3416 104 with a new email address. I was not happy about this I know I completed the whole process. I reached out to rentcafe and informed them to what had happen they pulled my application and saw that it was completed and informed me to have Henson creek to contact them about my application I did just that and was told I have to reapply and pay the $100 fee again with a money order or a cashier check and that all they could do is wave the 35.00 fee Rentcaf said something went wrong within the system and that she could see my application completed signed and dated but I was told by three staff members that I could not see the files and could not help. It no telling how many other people they did this to but I was told everyone had to repay the $100 if something went wrong this is their policy and I get no special treatment But the situation happened with a computer issue, not nothing I did. I was very inconvenient for me very stressful.I miss a day of work behind this matter

This apartment complex has caused me problems since moving in August 2018. My lease is scheduled to end October 3 2019. I went online to pay my August rent and the website stated that I am renewed for a new lease. As of today, I am being forced to stay an extra 60 days with an increase in rent and with the option to buy myself out of my lease. I went to the rental office to explain that I do not want to renew my lease. The rental staff stated that I failed to return a paper that said I didn't want to renew but I never received a paper or anything saying that I would have to fill out anything to NOT renew my lease. I have already made arrangements to move to another area. Since moving in, I have had problem with maintenance not fixing things in my apartment such as the stove that wont stay on and the refrigerator that wont stop leaking. Please tell me what I am supposed to do or who to talk to.

I parked my vehicle in st Henson Creek apartment complex overnight using the *** app I woke up a few hours later at 7:15 AM I proceeded to walk to my car where I parked my vehicle overnight around 7:30 AM once I got in the parking lot where my vehicle was parked that I did not see it because it was towed I proceeded to call the tow company who has a contract with the apartment complex ones I called them they told me my car was towed at 7:43 AM I ended my payment app at 7:42a I parked my vehicle in his *** apartment complex overnight using the *** app I woke up a few hours later at 7:15 AM I proceeded to walk to my car where I parked my vehicle overnight around 7:30 AM once I got in the parking lot where my vehicle was parked that I did not see it because it was towed I proceeded to call the tow company who has a contract with the apartment complex ones I called them they told me my car was towed at 7:43 AM I ended my payment app at 7:42am.

Dear ***:Please accept this response to the above referenced compliant regarding a refund for a towing incident that occurred at our Henson Creek apartment community on July 21, 2019. The complainant’s vehicle was towed legally as there was no active parking session taking place at the time the vehicle was checked and towed. All visitor parking is pay per use only in our community. I’ve attached the vehicle tow report showing that the vehicle plates were checked at 7:43am and the vehicle did not have a paid parking session at that time. The vehicle was subsequently towed from the community at 7:53am. No refund is due to the complainant as the tow was a valid and legal tow. This has been the absolute worst customer experience I've had. The on-site management and staff have a high turn over rate and are very unprofessional. It is hard to get someone to answer the phone or respond to emails. Maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks at a time and are then completed half-heartedly. The regional manager is rude and goes along with what the local management tells him. They are never willing to work with tenants who just want a respectable living environment. I would never live here again and I suggest anyone looking to move to the area take a look elsewhere.

d into Henson Creek November 16, 2017. It has been absolutely horrible since day one.

I'm in one of the renovated units. Kitchen: Huge hole in the wall from contractors. Dishwasher isn't attached and never worked. Front door: We continuously get locked in or out because I need a new lock. Batio door broken, someone tried to break in twice already. Walls:paint is falling off of the wall and there are cracks all over. Master bedroom: The only vent that works is in the Master Room. All of the closets have fallen off because they dont fit!! Second bedroom: Broken window screen. Someone tried to break in threw my daughters bedroom. For both the Patio and window, I have a police report and the info was given to *** Bathroom: Door doesn't catch to close, the paint isn't bubbling, bathroom tub needs refinishing.

My hallway closet... The was a terrible water issue I'm the apartment above me almost 3 weeks ago. I've contacted my insurance company for everything damaged and my safety. The ceiling is still open and the damaged walls are still present. My child is allergic to mold and mildew. This will make anyone sick. Nothing was treated. Not one person has come by to check on my unit. IM TOLD this is a reoccurring issue that was never fixed. This has been more than a water leak for me, it's inconvenient.

I'm asking to be accommodated for both April and May rent.

Nothing works properly in this apartment. Work orders go in and they mark them as completed when they haven't done the work. It's not ok. Folks have to live in these conditions. If you can't pay your rent you get evicted but, it's ok to have families living in unsafe units.

I already went to the rental office.

Next *** It's not ok. As a tenant I don't feel safe. We're scared every night. Nobody cares. It won't be an issue until our bodies are left to find. My front door, patio and bedroom window have all been tampered with and they do nothing.

There are multiple issues within this apartment complex. First, the service is very bad. When trying to reach out to someone within the coorperate office the issues goes unnoticed. Then when trying to obtain information on how to handle issues within my apartment the rental office staff including property managers are never able to talk. When they do give information everyone gives different answers leading us to follow the proceeds of one associate but not following proper causes of the next associate. My refrigerator has been broken since November instead of giving us a new one they replaced it with a broken refrigerator where now we are wasting food and we are not getting reimbursed for our food. When entering my apartment to fix things they do not leave notices even when breaking a cancel we have yet to be refunded for the candle that was broken awhile back. I also referred a family member to the complex and was told that because we didn’t put the information down before the move in date that we will not receive credit for the referral to the apartment complex. I just want answers or would like to break my lease and be covered not to give them any more of my money. When it comes to the noise level from my neighbor above me I just wish they do as they tell us because we are handling every step that they tell us but nothing is working. The banging is still happening all hours of the night.

ROACHES,MICE,MOLD AND TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! ONE OF THE WORST PLACES I HAVE EVER BEEN. I MOVED IN ON JULY 19TH . WHEN I CAME TO MOVE IN MY UNIT I CHOOSE WAS NOT READY AFTER I WAS TOLD THAT THE UNIT WAS AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE MOVE IN . AFTER THE VERY NONCHALANT AND INCONSIDERATE ASSISTANT MANAGER THE ISSUE I WAS HAVING HE JUST OFFERED TO RETURN MY MONEY AND NOT LET ME MOVE IN . AFTER I HAVE ALREADY GAVE NOTICE TO MY PREV APARTMENT AND HAD MOVERS AT MY HOUSE WAITING TO MOVE MY STUFF SMH. WHEN I TOLD HIM NO HE OFFERED ME ANOTHER UNIT AND CHARGED ME MORE MONEY . BECAUSE OF THE TOUGH TIME FRAME I WAS IN I QUICKLY WALKED THE UNIT AND DIDN'T TIME MY TIME (HUGEEE MISTAKE ON MY PART)
DURING MY MOVE IN PROCESS A YOUNG FEMALE LEASING AGENT CALLED ME A FT AND CALLED THE COPS ON ME BECAUSE I WAS BEYOND *** ABOUT THE TREATMENT I WAS RECEIVING AFTER I PAID ALMOST $2,00 TO MOVE IN. AFTER I MOVED IN THE SAME DAY I NOTICED ROACHES EVERYWHERE MOLD UNDER THE KITCHEN CABINETS WHICH WERE HELD TOGETHER BY DUCK TAPE, MY PEEPHOLE WAS PAINTED OVER, PAINT WAS CAKED EVERYWHERE , THE BALCONY DOOR WONT LOCK, VENTS IN THE DEN THE SPARE BEDROOM , LIVING ROOM AND BATHROOM ARE ALL PAINTED OVER SO MUCH AIR CANT EVEN PASS THROUGH THEM . THE CLOSET POLES HAVE NO SUPPORTS THE BATHTUB SURROUND IS COMING OFF THE WALL AND YOU CAN SEE MOLD FORMING. AND THE WALLS ARE SUPER THIN I CAN HEAR MY DOWNSTAIRS NEIGHBORS TV AND IN THE BATHROOM I CAN HEAR EVERYTHING MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR SAYS. WHEN I TOOK ALL THE CONTROLLABLE ISSUES TO THE RENTAL OFFICE I WAS TOLD THAT ALL MY CONCERNS AND ISSUES WOULD BE FIXED BEFORE THE WEEK WAS OUT. NOT ONE ISSUE HAS BEEN FIXED!!!! SO SPOKE TO THE RENTAL OFFICE AND THEY ARE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT GETTING MORE TENANTS IN AND NOT TAKING CARE OF THE CURRENT ONES. I WENT INT HE OFFICE TODAY 7/31/17 TO SEE WHAT THE HOLD UP WAS AND THERE WERE 5 OTHER RESIDENTS WANTING TO SPEAK TO THE MGR ABOUT STUFF NOT BEING FIXED . ONE LADY HAD MICE FOR OVER A MONTH AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. A FORMER CO-WORKER OF MINE

Management at Henson Creek fails to get repairs done in a timely fashion. Repair request have to be submitted repeatedly before a cover up job is done. My dishwashers has been leaking for months. Exterminators come out and spray on squirt of pesticide and expects the unit to be covered. My floor in my dinning room has been broken for a month. My microwave caught fire and it took 3 weeks for it to be removed from the unit. This place is absolutely unsafe and no one cares. The previous unit I lived in constantly flooded whenever it rained and I was charged to change units even though the water damage caused mold in my ceiling and ruined many of my person items such as my bedroom set.
