Do not buy from themI ordered a waist trainer a month ago, they took the money from my account but I never received itI try to contact them, they never answered meWhen I track my order it says, it's being processed

FIRST ORDER I HAD TO RETURNONLY WAY TO GET A REFUND IS IF I PLACED SECOND ORDERI DIDSTILL NO REFUND FROM FIRST ORDER
I PLACED AN ORDER OVER A MONTH AGOONE OF THE TWO ITEMS DID NOT FIT SO I RETURNED ITI WAS TOLD THAT IF I WANTED A REFUND FOR THE FIRST ORDER I WOULD NEED TO PLACE A SECOND ORDERI PLACED A SECOND ORDER AND HAVE RECEIVED THAT ITEM AND I HAVE STILL NOT SEEN A REFUND ON MY CREDIT CARDI HAVE CONTACTED THE COMPANY TIMES VIA EMAIL AND THE "CONTACT" PORTION OF THEIR WEBSITE AND STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ONE THING BACK
