This letter is in response to complaint: #*** from Ms*** Ms*** purchased three bundles of Brazilian curly hair from us on 11/5/On 11/19/14, Ms*** contacted usShe explained to us that she wanted to lighten the hair, but was told by a colorist that the hair had already been
coloredWe apologized for the inconvenience and tried to assure Ms*** that we do not offer any type of coloring services in our office, as we only carry virgin hairWe, also, informed Ms*** that all of our bundles are virgin hair, so none of our bundles have been colored, nor chemically altered, neither prior to nor upon delivery to usSince the hair had already been altered, we informed Ms*** that we would not be able to accept the hair back into our office, as that does present a health code violation, which is stated in our terms and conditionsWe, also, explained that we do not have to options for refunds nor exchange of monies, as is agreed upon at check out in our terms and conditionsIf needed, a copy of our terms and conditions can be found on our website, http://wi.vw.herhaircompany.com/terms-conditions/Because we were not able to bring the hair back into our office, nor do we have the option for refunds, we offered Ms*** 10% off of her next order to try to resolve the discrepancy, but Ms*** refusedWe did our best to resolve this dispute with Ms***, to no availMs*** proceeded to escalate the dispute to PayPalPayPal proceeded to hold the $until a thorough investigation was completeUpon further review, PayPal granted us, Her Hair Company 1.1.C, the $on 12/11/We stand behind our product 100%, which does include standing behind the terms and conditions of our productThank you for your time, and we hope this information was helpfulHer Hair Company LLC%

This purpose of this letter is to serve as a response to a complaint filled
against Her Hair Company LLC by *** ***, case ID ***We, first, received contact from Ms*** on 11/6/At this time, she said that she made the hair into a wig and the wig was matting up in the backShe,
also, sent us pictures via email to show the mattingWe explained to Ms*** that since the hair is virgin hair, it is donated and not manufactured, so no two bundles will be identical as no two heads of hair are identicalWe apologized for the inconvenience and
instructed her to use the moisture rich line from ***, as many of our customers had found success with that product lineWe instructed her to wash and deep condition hair using a wide tooth comb to comb through itWe also advised her to use a small amount of argon oil if extra moisture was neededMs*** said she would try that regimen and let us know the resultsOn 11/10/14, Ms*** called us backShe said the recommended regimen still didn't workAt that time, we explained to her that per our terms and conditions all sales are final so we do not offer the option to refund or exchange any moniesWe, also, informed Ms*** that since the hair has already been used it would be against health regulations for us to exchange the hair, which is also stated in our terms and conditions that are agreed upon at check outBecause our prices are already extremely competitive, the best that we could offer Ms*** was 10% off her next orderThis offer was sent to Ms*** in writing, via emailMs*** declined the offer and said that she would resume her dispute through other meansIn regards to Ms***s complaint that we provide YouTube "gurus" with better hair than our everyday customers, this is not only inaccurate but not possibleWe have several dozen YouTubers who review our hair, so for us to exclusively offer certain hair to a certain demographic of people in't possibleWe've been a successful business for the last few years because we provide the same high level of service and product to all of our customersAll documentation of emails, invoices, notes of phone conversations, and a copy of our terms and conditions have been included in this letterWe hope that this information has been helpful and anticipate notification of a resolutionThank you*** ***

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The seller refuses to acknowledge that the items purchased are defective and wholly unsuitable for the purpose for which they were advertised and sold.  As the vendor, the seller has the best opportunity to address this issue with the manufacturer.  I have no way of contacting the manufacturer.  The seller refuses to stand behind a product it advertises as being of the highest quality.[redacted]
