Okay well I just want to say that the quality of the hair is TERRIBLEI order the monoglian curly 14,16,with a closure, I paid a total of $The hair was extremely coarse and frizzy, as soon as I took it out the pack For that type of money it should not have felt that way

This company has bad business practice and does not operate under the "good faith" practice I placed an order with this company and the money was withdrawn from my account, an email and text message was sent to me from the company informing me that my shipment was on its way, and this was after I contacted the company regarding the status of my order, a day later I receive another email informing me that there was a glitch in the system when I placed my order and that my $would be refunded Bad business Read the reviews for this company before doing business with them I am still waiting on the refund The order was placed on 01/17, it is now 01/23, I was just informed on 01/about the so called glitch in the system This company is terrible

I can't speak on the quality of the hair because I never received an opportunity to purchase any!! I placed an order for $on my credit card and requested expedited shipping....I received a confirmation email, almost immediatelyTwo days later, I received an email stating that I had to verify my credit card, so I completed the attached form and took a picture of my driver's license beside my credit card (following the explicit instructions verbatim)I forwarded the requested verications to Her Imports Customer Care, and TWO DAYS LATER, I received ANOTHER EMAIL, stating that they needed to see the name on my card, contrary to the verification instructions on the site!!! Needless to say, RED FLAGS went up and I cancelled my order!!!

addition, we sell only the finest top grade quality virgin hair (5A grade). Virgin refers to hair that has never been processed in anyway and is intact. Our hair is highly sought after by many customers and celebritiesDue to the fraud aspect of purchasing something online without the customer actually present, we require a copy of the customers license and credit card. The customer sends us their license and credit card, and we verify that the names match, this is done to prevent someone just putting in credit card data. In addition, ail of our online orders come in as pending transactions, which is a hold on the money and no funds are actually withdrawn from the account until all documents are received. That being said, [redacted] did not wish to send in her data, so we cancelled her order which was done on the exact day of her order.
I have enclosed a copy of the cancelled order transaction receipt.
I hope this clears up any misunderstanding this customer may have had, and this compliant has been resolved armicably.Thank you kindly for your prompt attention to this matter.

On Black Friday, November 27th, 2015, I visited this location 2 hours away to ensure good quality of the product (hair extensions). Upon visiting the location the consultant mislead me by expressing that I would not be able to purchase product at sale price without purchasing something else/another product. First suggesting $75.00 straightening iron and then suggesting the cheaper shampoo and conditioner. I expressed no need for the extra items but, the consultant insisted it was mandatory. My husband was present during entire transaction. Since I purchased two deals, I was forced to purchase the shampoo conditioner duo with both! Later doing some online investigation of this requirement after learning of someone else making purchase here without that requirement! I've emailed the company to no avail and feel better customer service should be provided and the consultant corrected. After expressing this issue on their [redacted] I was removed and blocked.They also blocked me from **. This occurred with another customer who expressed this happening to her as well. We've lost contact as we were communicating on and throb Her Imports advertisements. Very unacceptable service.Product_Or_Service: 4 bundles of[redacted]/////Desired SettlementI feel I should be able to return both shampoo conditioner sets for a full refund of them. To ignore a customer complaint and block them on social media is not good business practices and shows the company is about money and not customer satisfaction! It's disturbing. /////
