Up until May 2105, this company would have received my highest recommendation Unfortunately everything has changed and none of it is for the better What used to be a company with very open communication is now very close-mouthed Queries by customers are met with ambiguous, vague replies and, if not downright lies, half truths at best I no longer trust this company the way that I once did The new management does not seem to care at all about its decade+-long loyal customers and has alienated what used to be its loyal fans I attribute these negative changes to the new CEO, as that is when the company began its steep downhill slide, headed straight towards the toilet New management got rid of the all of the employees who loved their jobs and were fantastic at them, and has instead replaced that with nothing I have never been as disillusioned with a company as I am with this one
