HER Realtors, Residential Property Management Reviews (16)

I have looked at these websites over and over but still do not see this property listed. I went to rently.com and searched homes in grove city and this home is not on there. So, I googled searched it and there is one (old) rental listing for this property and it doesn't even have pictures of the home. We moved out at the end of June 2016, so even if it were listed somewhere for rent (which I have yet to see) then how does listing it for rent on November 4th show reasonable efforts to re rent this home? Not only is November 4th 5 months after we moved from this home but it is also the last month our lease is stated to end. Again, how is this reasonable efforts? I put this property on different sites after we had moved trying to re rent it and had well over a dozen people interested in this home, I gave them HER Realtors contact info (not even aware that this property was supposedly under new management because I was never informed) As I have stated before, I contacted Hannah F [redacted] asking her why this property is not listed for rent and she stated it was under new management and that if I had it listed on any sites that I should take HER Realtors contact info off, so I proceeded to ask her the owners contact information so that I could update the information I had listed regarding this property in my efforts to re-rent this home but she never replied. Not only is it impossible to get any answers from this company but they're very unprofessional. There were no efforts made to re-rent this home by this company or the new management it is supposedly under. The only efforts to re-rent were my own and I could have had this property re rented not even a month after we moved out but they would not allow that. I was paying a total of $1050 to this company a month and it may not have been important to them to re rent this home because they expected their money either way but it was very important to me because that is a lot of money. I paid the rent up to October 2016, 3 months after we moved from this property. I do not believe I owe the remaining balance due because of whom ever is responsible for this property's failure to mitigate damages. Thank you

To whom it may concern,On the advice of our legal counsel we did not respond to the complaint rejection filed by our previous tenant because no further communication is required. We responded that the next step would require legal action and then the tenant rejected our response, however nothing else can be said in this matter through the Revdex.com. I am hopeful and confident that our standings with the Revdex.com will not suffer because a previous tenant feels the need to reject our response. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, concerns or advice on how to close this matter professionally while maintaining the highest rating possible. I have also copied our legal counsel so that communication is clear and effective. Thank you,Executive Vice President of Property ManagementLicensed Realtor and Founding Partner

The flooring repairs were paid for by his tenant security deposit insurance The floors were not maintained an an acceptable manner and he was billed and the claim was submitted to the insurance company for payment I stated yesterday that an updated ledger will be provided to the resident on or before 12/10/

Business illegally signed a document on my behalf in order to obtain money from meI will not pay another penny to this companyIf this matter is not dropped immediately, I will sue for fraud

I am waiting for a response from the company's attorney

In regards to complaint#***, This matter has been reviewed for accuracy and the bill in place will not be waived This tenant did not leave the property in the clean and sanitary condition outlined in her lease The reports and pictures that were sent to Ms*** show the
condition and charges that she is disputing which highlight the unacceptable condition the of the property at the time she vacated This matter has been turned over to our attorney so that the proper legal action can occur

I have never received a letter nor pictures from HER on my move out other than the move out statement.  I will be providing a copy of the letter along with MY supporting pictures and statements from eye witnesses about the immaculate condition of my condo I rented within the 10 day period.  I am shocked at their dubious behavior and claims to be reputable. In fact, I am going to provide a statement from one of their former employees of their immoral business practices.  It is the reason why she left the company. More to come within the timeframe. If this is not corrected by Revdex.com, I will also contact 6 On Your Side and Attorney General's office of Ohio.
