I purchased some black lives mask from Her She*** on Sunday July 12. 2020. On the back of the package it says do not wear back anti-external will stick dust powder direct contact between mouth and nose will be detrimental to health. I went to the store requesting a refund today July 17 . 2020. I was that a refund could not given.

The customer was notified to get a refund.It is a cloth face mask. The packaging reads " carry this product, please divide on opposite side, do not wear back, anti external will stick dust powder, direct contact between nose .....". What this means is if you carry the mask around then flip it to the opposite side so it does not collect dust when you put it back on.The package does say after use you may put back in bag.So if you carry it around without protection, of course, it can not be healthy! She can get a refund even though she seemed to misunderstand the packaging and how to care for a face mask.Face mask are not healthy to be returned or exchanged thats why they are final sale, we will dispose of them once returned .
I just left Her She. I received a refund of $33.00. I signed my name on the the receipt saying a refund was given. I appreciate your help and getting this matter resolved. Thank you.***
