Prior to any activity taking place on [redacted] property, Excalibur Exploration, Inc. assigned [redacted] lease to another company, and that company then commenced drilling operations on his property. Therefore, Excalibur was never involved in ANY of the drilling or completion...
activities that [redacted]eferences in his complaint. Once a lease is assigned, it is up to the company to which the lease is assigned to abide by the terms set forth in the lease agreement. Upon receiving this complaint notice, Excalibur did, in good faith, speak with the owner of the company that drilled [redacted] well. He stated that he had spoken with [redacted] a week prior (end of August/beginning of Sept.) and had explained their upcoming intentions and timeline to restore the land, driveway, gate, etc... This conversation was between [redacted] and a representative from the company that drilled his well, NOT Excalibur or it's representatives, so we have no knowledge or ability to comment on the tone or manner to which he was spoken. Again, since Excalibur does not own the lease nor the well that was drilled on [redacted] there is nothing further that Excalibur can do to rectify his complaints. Although it is unfortunate to hear about [redacted] dissatisfaction, all communication/complaints should be made to the compansborne's y that owns his lease/well.
The moving team did a great job with our move from Tucson to Las Vegas. They were friendly, fast and thorough. Nothing was broken nor lost. They met the agreed upon timeframes. Their A+ rating was demonstrated with our move.
My home sale took place in December 2015. The closing date was just before New Years. Nervous? You bet!
Moving Service Inc. came along filling me in to all the details of moving (no hidden fees here). They noted they were representing a major freight company - Northern Van Lines.
Although I was working on my new location in California it was not a done deal but no problem as I had a 30 day storage if needed.
The boxers came working non-stop ensuring proper wrapping and boxing of my lets say many years of accumulated stuff. They finished as they projected and the truck came and my belongings were loaded ON TIME!
At year end my new lease was affirmed and within a couple of days National Van Line appeared at my new door with all of my furniture, fixtures and stuff. They came in a 55 foot truck driving in reverse to my entrance. The unloaded my belongings - needless to say at this point - NO BREAKAGE!
Considering the stress with the time being Christmas and New Years, THANKS TO MOVING SERVICES INC., the move was accomplished with NO STRESS and of the HIGHEST QUALITY.
If you use this service after reviewing my long statement, its your gamble They used my disability as an excuse for their poor service. You HAVE BEEN WARNED. They had no equipment, it was a three person job. My belonging where thrown into the truck as evidenced by the damage lamp, cracked glass picture frame. Of course they lost money, they were not using professionals. They took advantage of my poor health. The management are terrible and the workers inept. Yes I was late getting the compliant in as I've been healing from a major spinal surgery. I felt totally taken advantage of as a female and a disabled citizen. Use Moving Services Inc. at you own risk. They have repeated used the same excuses for their failures.
