Prior to any activity taking place on [redacted] property, Excalibur Exploration, Incassigned [redacted] lease to another company, and that company then commenced drilling operations on his propertyTherefore, Excalibur was never involved in ANY of the drilling or completion activities that [redacted] *eferences in his complaintOnce a lease is assigned, it is up to the company to which the lease is assigned to abide by the terms set forth in the lease agreementUpon receiving this complaint notice, Excalibur did, in good faith, speak with the owner of the company that drilled [redacted] wellHe stated that he had spoken with [redacted] a week prior (end of August/beginning of Sept.) and had explained their upcoming intentions and timeline to restore the land, driveway, gate, etcThis conversation was between [redacted] and a representative from the company that drilled his well, NOT Excalibur or it's representatives, so we have no knowledge or ability to comment on the tone or manner to which he was spokenAgain, since Excalibur does not own the lease nor the well that was drilled on [redacted] there is nothing further that Excalibur can do to rectify his complaintsAlthough it is unfortunate to hear about [redacted] dissatisfaction, all communication/complaints should be made to the compansborne's y that owns his lease/well
