We told the realtor, we did not want to deal with a home that had mold or mildew which the house has, the pool needed to be cleaned which it hasn't been and the house needed to be professionally cleaned top to bottom (walls wiped cleaned, vacuumed and shampoo carpets) and the cleaning company they paid for will not clean the carpet and will not properly clean the way we agreedAs first time home owners, this purchase was done horribly with this company
