October subscribed to a Sunday newspaper delivery, authorizing auto monthly payment to my credit card Nov.-Decbilling statement for credit card listed the Sunday subscription plus an unauthorized amount (equal to a weekly subscription) Response from Tribune customer service (multiple contacts starting 10/17/16) was for me to handle the dispute through my credit card company Dec.- Jancard statement listed additional weekly subscription charges As of Feb 2, I was informed by a representative of the customer service director at the Tribune that "they" could not reverse the weekly rate charges because they did not know who was receiving the subscription that was posted to my credit card; i.e., a credit to my account was not going to be honored for the unauthorized amounts As of Mar.16, 2017, my credit card company has issued me two adjustment payments; the third adjustment payment credit request has been resubmitted to my credit card fraud department to get final resolution

The delivery reliability of the Herald-Tribune continues to be a problem When you call about a missing delivery there is no follow up and no paperPhone calls are not returnedTheir phone tree prevents you from reaching a human

Failure to delivery newspaper and failure to promptly provide refund after cancellation request 11/26/was the third Sunday out of or when we did not receive our paper We reported the problem and requested delivery of a replacement as soon as possible On none of the three occasions was that received On 11/27/we called and requested cancellation of our subscription and a refund On 12/11/we had not received a refund and called again, to be told for the first time refund requests are batched, we had just missed a batch, and the next batch would be done 12/18/ Our refund would be received 12/21/ As of 12/22/no refund was received and another call was made, where we were told it had been processed but the representative did not seem to care As of 12/23/(last business day before holiday weekend) we still had nothing from the paper

No delivery of paper numerous Sundays Customer service could not solve problem nor cared to solve problem Beginning the summer of 2016, I have had difficulty receiving my Sunday paper I would call and report missing paper Then in December it became a habitual problem I would call to report missing paper and then during the week I would receive or Sunday papers or several daily papers I asked for a supervisor to return my call but not once in December did I get a return call Then at the end of the month, I was not getting any papers and I called numerous times Each time the customer service rep said they said they say my account has been escalated and one rep said she say I really had a problem No one was able to connect me to a supervisor after I asked to talk to one but told me one would return my call that day Not once did I get a return call Then the last time I called on 1/6/17, the rep gave me the circulation manager, Robert B., phone number I called

Arbitrary, unauthorized, and undefined ***
I subscribed to the Herald Tribune on Jan 31, for one year with an expiration date of Jan 30, The cost was There were cost adjustments to my account during that I did not understand so I specifically asked the customer service representative if there would be any additional charges during the prescription periodThe representative said noI felt there would no need to monitor the situation on my partTen months later in early Dec, my credit card was charged on auto renewal for another year because my expiration date was moved from 1/30/to 12/4/Account adjustments were the reason! I lost approximately two months on my expiration date which would amount to about $These adjustments were unauthorized, undefined, and a total surprise! In my opinion, this action is unbelievable and I have lost all confidence in the Herald Tribune's customer service

In Feb I agreed to a month subscription at kiosk on ** *** *** with vendor John who made an exception from their mo contract In Mar they advised me I signed a mo contract which I would not have done had I been so advised Now they continue to charge me because I have not cancelled mo contract!, mo @23.60/mo I have called several times since Mar with no response from them Original contract was fraudulent, continuing charges are also fraudulent

In the past this company has been throwing their newspaper on my driveway and it took me months to get them to stop On Sunday, July 23, 2017, the Herald Tribune company started up again and have been throwing a newspaper called "An Edition of the Herald-Tribune, A La Carte" on my driveway I called them at XXX-XXX-XXXX on 7-24-at 7:31am and said to STOP throwing their paper on my driveway and that I did not want their paper I have never subscribed to it and I never will subscribe to it On 8/7/2017, I found the paper on my driveway once again ! So, I phoned the company again on 8-7-at 12:30pm and spoke to Shannon and said to stop delivering papers at my address I then called and left a voicemail on the Circulation Directors (Robert ***) voicemail and also said to CEASE and DESIST throwing the paper on my driveway and that I did not want to receive it I consider this trash and do not want Herald Tribune papers ! Please contact them and address this complaint as soon

I subscribed to receive the Herald Tribune Sunday only edition on 2/4/My charge card was billed on 2/6/for $16.21, on 2/22/for $10.25, and on 3/8/for $I received only papersI called the Herald Tribune on 3/6/and cancelled my subscription due to the excessive billingI was informed I would receive a refund of $On 3/13/18, I sent a letter to the Robert BCirculation Director regarding this matterThe subscription was immediately stopped, but I have not received a refund, nor a reply back from my letterI would like my refund
