Dear Mr***,I sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the pricing Will, our sales manager, was very clear when he discussed the pricing with you over the telephone that we were "over allowing" you on your trade which was equivalent to a reduction in the selling price of the vehicle The bottom line price he gave you was actually lower than the error price listed online I was out of town yesterday and while I was driving I thought about the situation and decided that we did not want an unhappy customer so I asked Will to contact you and offer you the lower $1,price as well as the "over allowance" on your trade as a gesture of goodwill I was not aware that you made this complaint to the Revdex.com, however, I understand that it is a consumers right to do so Will said that you have decided not to buy the vehicle, however, if you change your mind please let us know and if you do not I completely understand.Sincerely, [redacted]

Your dealership has yet to even apologize for the inconvenience, or go out of their way to make sure that I was properly taken care ofI appreciate that YOU sir have apologized to me, but I have not been dealing with you every time I need to drop off my lemonYour service department is filled with miserable people who are clearly overworked and under payedAs the consumer, their negative and womanizing attitudes should not be shown to meI deserve to be treated with the utmost of respect after purchasing a $40k vehicle from youTo top things off, my vehicle was delivered to me after the fourth repair on my transmission, filthyAlthough the paperwork that I was forced to sign off on said that the car was vacuumed and washed at no charge to meQuite the contrary*** *** ***has lost a life long customer, I will no longer support a company and a dealership that is mismanaged, unsupportive and unsympathetic of their customers, who are the ones keeping them in business.
