Good afternoon Revdex.com: Please see attached complaint. Response as follows: “Could you please forward me a copy of the itemized repair for $to review? It is customary for clients to give us the opportunity to diagnose and/or repair a vehicle concern and it would not be procedure
for us to reimburse for 3rd party repairs without at least an in-house diagnosisThat being said, please allow me to review the itemized repair, and I will reach out.” Additionally-Please update our contact info from *** *** (no longer works here) to my contact info below - Best Regards,*** ***General ManagerHerb Chambers Honda in Boston*** *** ***

Tell us why here...This is not a complaint on *** *** ***. It is actually a complaint on Herb Chambers Honda. The issue has been resolved. They paid her the $and reimbursed her for the parking ticket. Please have this taken off of our dealership. The
client was confused because the dealerships are next door
Thanks,

Herb Chambers’ one line response to my complaint iscompletely unacceptable. I took deliveryof my scratched vehicle April 4, 2015. Upon driving the vehicle for the firsttime, I felt the steering wheel shaking violently and...
the brakes squealing. I immediatelycontacted the dealership. I then had to drive the vehicle back into Bostonwhich was a major inconvenience. This was only to be told that they would notfix the brakes. I wasted hours bringing my vehicle back and forth for nothing. A much bigger problem started in May 2015, LESS THAN TWOMONTHS AFTER TAKING DELIVERY of my vehicle. The rear end started making noise. Not having driven this vehicle very much, I was not sure what the issue wasuntil it started getting louder. I then brought the car to my mechanic whospent a good deal of time diagnosing the problem before determining that thecar needed a rear end differential. This was a major expense and needs to be rectifiedby Herb Chambers. Your cavalier attitude of stating you would not fix a vehiclefive months after it was sold is not only completely inaccurate but also extremelycondescending. I demand that Herb Chambers reimburse me the $3,000 that I havehad to spend on repairing my vehicle to make it safe to drive. This is money thatI have had to spend on a vehicle that, as Herb states in his own advertisement, was allegedly “rigorously inspected” for safety and mechanical issues. From yourown advertisement, you say that customers can buy a vehicle from your dealershipwith trust in the vehicle and trust in the dealer. I am calling on yourdealership to do the right thing and own up to the fact that you did not sellme a sound vehicle! Please contact me at [redacted] to discuss a settlement!Regards,
