[redacted] and [redacted] had purchased a Kia [redacted] back in October The terms and conditons of the deal was agreed upon and all parties agreed and signed a purchase and saleThe Sorento had a remote starter installed by Herb Chambers Kia which is warrantied by Herb Chambers Kia [redacted] had several conversations with sales and service managers due to her dissapointment in the remote starter [redacted] was patient and nice enough to come to an agreement with Herb Chambers Kia where we would remove the remote starter and refund her the money for the unitThe check was issued on February 25, and nothing since then has been said by [redacted] until today [redacted] is now looking for $additionalI would be more then happy to speak to [redacted] personally to discuss this furtherI have also attached the Purchase and Sales and the refund check for the remote starter to be filed into this complaintWe here at Herb Chambers want nothing more then to try to resolve this for [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] General Manager Herb Chambers Kia

Kia. [redacted] had several conversations with sales and service managers due to her dissapointment in the remote starter. [redacted] was patient and nice enough to come to an agreement with Herb Chambers Kia where we would remove the remote starter and refund her the money for the unit. The check was issued on February 25, 2015 and nothing since then has been said by [redacted] until today. [redacted] is now looking for $350 additional. I would be more then happy to speak to [redacted] personally to discuss this further. I have also attached the Purchase and Sales and the refund check for the remote starter to be filed into this complaint.
