Complaint failed to disclose that the car was driven for over a month by himWhile we did our best to make client happy, he abruptly in the showroom requested his money backWhich was refunded in full, with the exception of the RMV fee ad the documentation fee.He was well beyond what was a reasonable time to request a refund but I honored it anywayThere was mud under the car ,but upon complete inspection at time of the return that was the only issueThe rust was common as we pulled in other models and they had the same issues.Based on the fact that we gave the client a % refund of the purchase price,even though the car had been driven over a month.Therefore no further refunds will be given

The complaintant contacted The Lincoln Motor Company regarding a replacement vehicle.All future communication would be from them.

reasonable time to request a refund but I honored it anyway. There was mud under the car ,but upon complete inspection at time of the return that was the only issue. The rust was common as we pulled in 2 other models and they had the same issues.Based on the fact that we  gave the client a 100 % refund of the purchase price,even though the car had been driven over a month.Therefore no further refunds will be given.

 I complained to the salesman about this problem two days after purchasing the car. The reason time passed and I continued to use the car was because the salesman told me to see if the problem goes away. When it continued, I called him saying I was sending him pictures of the mud spots on my driveway. I still have them and could send them if needed. I also have a video of the undercarriage showing the condition. He made an appointment for service,but I don't have the date because they were smart enough not to give me a proper diagnosis or any paper work. As more time passed and the problem continued, I asked to speak with the sales manager ,[redacted], who agreed to get me another vehicle or refund my money. He also wanted me to use the ca r in the mean time and give him a couple of days,I waited eight days. I think this should explain why so much time had passed. Their email response reads as if they did me a favor giving me my money back. I also want on record the financial loss I suffered by trading in my 2012 [redacted] for $ 16,500 which they sold in ten days. I could have used this trade towards the purchase of my new [redacted] for sales tax credit. In my opinion, if I did not have a legitimate complaint, they would not have refunded my money. Also, the dealer neglected to respond to the fact that the car had been repainted, and they never disclosed that information to me.
