To Whom it May Concern: Mr [redacted] was in with our service department recently with concerns of a water leak Our technicians diagnosed My [redacted] 's vehicle and our service advisor, [redacted] , at the time reached out to discuss repairs with the customerAt this time, [redacted] agreed to move forward with the repairsAfter our technician had already started to resolve the issue, the customer called in to cancel such actions whereas he found a fix on [redacted] However, the repair was already well in progressMr [redacted] reached out with complaints/concerns of the charges, at which point the General Manager agreed to deduct $1,off of his service bill
