I received two back to back missed calls on May 19,from ***I returned his phone call the next day considering I have work, kids and grad school to attend. I was asked to come in on Monday May 23, so that they could attempt to fix my heating issue as well as the rear and front bumper scratchesI have been dealing with them for months and will not be closing this case until the problem is finally rectifiedI have been here countless times before, lost a lot of money from missing work and quite frankly I'm not too optimisticI'll be updating this complaint with results when they return my suv

TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN, STEPHANIE STEVEN WAS TAKEN CARE OF….THE CUSTOMER CAME IN TO GET THE BUMPERS REPLACED AND REPAIRED. THE CUSTOMER CAME IN MAY 23,2016 AND WAS PUT INTO A RENTAL VEHICLE. SHE IS ALL SET AND THIS COMPLAINT HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF….. THANKS.
