I purchased a water pump paid $for the part and $for shipping was charged a $fee for orders over $and a $fee for internet ordersThe water pump was so cheaply made it had a small crack in the metal near the screw hole on the mountI called customer service (***) to see how to exchange the part and was spoken to like a child at firstThey refused to exchange the partThey wanted me to order a new part pay for shipping again and pay to ship the broken part backThen I was told that if they found the damage to be caused by us they would not refund my money for the partWhen I said that was not going to work for me [redacted] started using profanity telling me if I didn't buy the part from them they wouldn't except the part back and it would be my lossI told him I felt like he was blackmailing me so I asked repeatedly to speak with the owner and was told NOSo in the end I paid about $and all I have is a broken part
