I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].  
I stand firmly by my statements, only now they carry a lot more weight, as I have come to understand the exact type of business they are. I am a licensed private detective and know exactly how to analyze a criminal organization when I deal with one. This one has set a plan or policy in place that was not only intended to rob students of their money, but also to create violence and spread chaos as students demand their money back without ever understanding how the original rules could have changed themselves just like that. They recall just like I do that the site explicitly said that we had all our lives to finish this course. They want us to sit back and relax, knowing we could go back to the course anytime we want - only to go back one day and see that our course expired and we are being asked for $50 to renew it. They do it so intentionally and meticulously that it sounds preposterous when they call themselves professional, plus five other adjectives. It DID say we had forever to finish the course, and they DID later change that rule on the company level to reflect a deadline and an expiration date that never ever existed at the beginning - believing we would have no way to prove anything to anybody that way. They work in sync and in unison but it is not hard to see what they are up to. It is probably a business inside of business seeking to hide a former horrid criminal record/identity with another criminal organization doing things all under the table. I urge whoever has the power or authority to search for the dead bodies of those students who fought back hard for what they knew so well was the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
