After this, I have (proof) of medical records that I was treated at [redacted] for a lung infection, which lasted almost weeks, along with the two, back to back, snow storms that hit the Central Indiana area, we could not get her order out until March, which she said she understood On the attachment, she even quoted that my products are great! I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  I did receive the shipment of 2 bottles of the product without being charged for shipping and confirm the statement I made that the product is great.  My issue has always been with the customer service, never with the product.  I do have a voicemail message from the owner stating he would send a third bottle to compensate for the problems getting the product to me, but I am satisfied with receiving the 2 bottles that I purchased.  This resolution is satisfactory to me and I consider this complaint resolved.

First, we had a manufacturer of bottles that we were using that got the bottling back late to us.
Next, I was informed that the company that makes our labels were late as well. I kept the customer informed. Where I said that I would ship a 3rd bottle to her was not said, however, I said that I would not charge shipping, which I did not!
