Herbal Magic failed to provide the promised service for weigh loss and continued charging for products never received due to program suspension.1. Signed agreement on 27 July 2015 with herbal Magic.I paid at my signing date $777.40 program price and 1st monthly product price 384.95.2.In my first visit my weight was recorded and program introduction was provided by [redacted] at that time;3. My 2nd visit was 4 days after where I was told that I lost 8 lbs. Although it was not realistic, however felt good;4.In all following visits, no weight loss was achieved;5. During each visit, I didn't receive any guidance, counselling or directions to help achieving the weight loss goals. Moreover, it seems that the personnel at the branch didn't know what to say;6. This lack of progress and absence of guidance caused a lot of frustration, disappointment and depression;7.After each visit, I received emails from Herbal Magic provided totally wrong information and update such as that I have met my goal and lost 150 lbs.; 8. In September 2015, I requested to suspend the program until I evaluate the situation and lack of results. It was confirmed by the centre director; 9. Despite of the suspension and not being receiving any Herbal Magic products and medication from Sept-Dec 2015, Herbal Magic continued their monthly withdrawals for products and medications, from my credit card (total of $1,539.8). I requested a refund for the funds withdrawn for products and medication. This request was ignored.10. Due to the fact that Herbal Magic, through their branch at 2563 Quance street, Regina, didn't meet the scope of service and demonstrated performance far below the promised agreement, a cancelation notice was sent by email requesting refund for three month of products withdrawn during suspension and never been used.11.In a follow up call by the new branch/center director, she acknowledged that they haven't provided the service. She elaborated that this is the reason she was brought to the branch/centre to implement corrective actions. She asked if I would reconsider to continue the program under her leadership. Email attached;12.[redacted], Herbal Magic new centre director insisted to use a form of theirs or threatened that they will continue withdrawing more funds from my account.13. Submitted cancellation form as requested.Desired Settlement1. I request full refund for the medication or products that I haven't received during suspension period from September to December 2015 total of ($1,539.8);2. The balance of the program price from end of December 2016 till the end of the program in June 2016 due to cancelation because of failure of service delivery (approximately $450.00)
