Following a frightening vehicle breakdown, I supplied incorrect location information to those who would tow me to a repair facilityAfter a long discouraging wait through rush hour traffic, a young man named Tyler came to my rescueWhat a relief! He was courteous, efficient, and very professionalTyler knew his way around town and in short order delivered my vehicle and I to the repair shopMy anger and frustration quickly dissipatedMy ride with Metro Towing was the only bright spot in a long bad day

I called Metro Towing to pick up my son's car and take it to his houseThey stated they would but they were backed up and it would be a while so I could leave the key under the driver's floor matI gave them my cell phone number (the number I was calling from) and my son's number (he is an adult child who doesn't live with me) if there was any problemsI gave them the street address of where the car needed to go, which was less than five miles from where it was being picked upThe next morning my son calls and says his car is not there nor is it where we left itI call Metro Towing and they tell me they couldn't get a hold of anybody on our numbers and they couldn't find the house so they took it to their lot and now we have to pay $more dollars to get it outI go down there and show the lady my phone record where they did not call me or my son, and asked her did they not have GPS or google maps because that address pops right up on any map off the internetShe then insisted we didn't call from my cell phone and they had no record of my phoneI pull up my history and show her yes I didEither she was bold face lying or their computer system doesn't work along with their internet serviceShe then said ok we will only charge you for the tow It's my second shift's fault?

Mrs*** purchased the GMC Sierra April with 99,miles on it. It was sold to her "As Is". Atttached are two documents Mrs*** signed acknowledging "As Is". Also, at the time of purchase, Mrs*** was offered to purchase an Extended Warranty Contract in which
she declined. A copy of her signature declining that coverage is also attached. Mitchell Automotive is under no obligation to repair Mrs***'s vehicle based on the purchase offers and Mrs***'s choices made during her purchase

These are the MOST unprofessional people that I have ever dealt with I was at an apt complex for minutes and they swarmed in and towed my car I caught the guy as he was pulling out of the parking lot and he stopped Instead of "letting" me pay a nominal fee and get my car back right there, I had to go to the office and pay an amount of $ This is totally crazy! The people that work there are rude and unprofessional

I am a social worker for Medicaid and recently visited a pair of very elderly clients at *** Apartments in Lexington I parked in a clearly marked visitors spot and got out of my care at 2:pm, crossed the parking lot and went inside According to Metro towing records the driver towed my car at 2:which means that the driver in question must have been watching the lot, which is a predatory practice at best His reason for towing my car from a visitors spot...I backed into the space According to management even though this is not posted ANYWHERE in the parking lot, backing into a space is not allowed because the tow company cannot see your registration sticker and license plate (AGAIN VISITOR ON OFFICIAL STATE BUSINESS) This company charged me $to get my car back, and I was forced to cancel the rest of my afternoons visits while trying to straighten out the mess NEGATIVE hardly covers my experience with or opinion of this business

Exceptionally rude! Towed my car from a designated visitors parking area and then got rude with me when I questioned them about it. I had parked in the same spot multiple times and never had an issue. Such unprofessional behavior!!!!

This company is stealing cars. I parked my car in a "McDonalds Only" parking spot while going into McDonalds and they had my car hooked up when I came back. The man driving the truck told me "A spotter has told me to come pick up the car". He refused to put the car down and stole $67 before he would release the car. These people are running an entrapment operation.
