The most recent time the customer sent his unit in, no fault was found by our engineering team We communicated this to the customer and suggested, as we had before, cleaning and maintenance tipsThe customer complained again about the performance, shortly after receiving it back from us As we are very familiar with how customer usage can impact what they deem to be a failure, we've been trying to work with him on troubleshooting techniques as, again, our engineering team found that nothing was wrong with his unit We did indeed watch the video he sent, which seemed to further indicate that it was one of a number of things that he could test or change We have not been able to get back any real answers as to whether he's tried our trouble-shooting techniquesWe'd be happy to bring his unit in again for inspection/repair/replacement, however we charge $for labor and shipping if not fault is found We waived that fee last time, but we cannot do so again, and so are trying to save him that hassle by providing simple things he can do to get full efficiency from his unit

This company makes a product that doesn't stand up Google the issues I had a device break down and was told to send it for serviceAfter sending for service I received no communication from the company Attempting to get information was a waste of time I then attempted to have a chat session with someone who clearly wasn't listening to a word I said When I received an email summarizing the chat I responded in such and also asked to be given supervisor contact I then receive a message from this unprofessional representative stating that someone with a similar name and she is calling the police and turning over my protected private information to the police because she is offended A violation of the policies of the company I can provide the email I then receive a response from her supervisor never addressing any of her unprofessional behavior and never addressing that ridiculous abuse of my information I attempted to contact again and nobody will respond with a phone call I did receive the device back poorly packed without any markings of fragile on the box which was promptly thrown on my porch by ups No word on what was wrong or what was doneI finally get an email stating that they replaced some things I look at the device againIt's not even the device I sent them Same model but clearly not the one I sent The product works well but will not stand up Way overpriced and the this was by far the most unprofessional and inappropriate customer service experience I have ever encountered with a business Stay far away I also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission regarding their unprofessional employee threatening to release my private information This product involves an area where privacy is tantamount and to even make that threat should make people realize that they should do business elsewhere

purchased an itemThe items failedSent it in under warranty No response from the company, no response to emails Attempted to chat The person on the other end was not paying attention to what I was saying She also was dismissive and not paying attention She closed the chat without providing any answers to my questions She answered questions that she decided she thought I should be asking but ignored the actual questions I opened another chat to ask for her supervisors contact information She ignored the second chat intentionally which I know for a fact because I opened a new browser and a new chat with another name and she responded immediately while the other chat session was going on plus minutes of being ignored I then experienced her going on personal attacks against me for opening the second chat and catching her at being unprofessional She then sent me an email saying summarizing the chat and once again answering none of my questions I then recei

Purchased the product Herbalizer and have sent it back to be repaired but it keeps breaking down after each time it was fixedI feel like my concerns about this product are being unanswered and a bit ignoredI have sent videos and I’m not even sure anyone actually watched it
At this point I would like a replacement machine as all we get done is mailing a faulty machine back and forth to no resolution
