I got a sleep apnea machine from them a week later contacted them saying I was having problems with using the mask they said I had to wait months and get a new physician order but I had an appointment a few days later and they sleep study center said I had days to exchange masks so now it had only been weeks so I called Community and they said they still did have the order the clinic said they had where the transmission showed they got it another week went by still they don’t have it so this morning is the last day of the days and it’s been two weeks today also since the sleep study center sent the new order for the new mask and I call and the girl that’s over it her name is *** *** tells me she don’t know where the order is that it’s out there in space somewhere? This is some customer service plus they tell me that I need it because I’m not getting enough oxygen at night when I sleep but they tell you that kind of crap, I sure wish I never used this company for my
