Do not use this guy for anything. He does poor quality work, demands cash and then brings the car back late at night so you can't see the work. I had my car there for a small dent in the front bumper. He kept the car two weeks and after calls from my insurance co, broght the car back late at night. Would not release it with out cash payment. Paint is streaked and blemished. I have to have the paint done over again at my expense.

Review: I would not recommend this shop to ANYONE. They did not have my car ready when promised or call to let me know. They were 5 days late and we had to take the police to get the car at 5 days after and wait 2 hours for Herb to finish with the police. They tried to call and do business after 10pm at night and insisted on getting credit card before I could even see the car.He then tried to force us to pay cash or said he would not give us our car back without all cash. This was so we couldn't dispute the charges even though they say they take credit cards all over the office door. They try to make you sign a promissory note with your credit card receipt saying you will not dispute charges. Who does this?They did not return my calls for days and I know they have caller ID because we called them from other numbers and they called the others back.They used the wrong color of paint, no clear coat, and they did not fix everything they said they would and what they did wasn't done well.I say RUN from this place.Desired Settlement: I disputed what charges I could with Visa after the nightmare I would like to have all my money back something tells me Herb isn't going to give us the $800 he forced us to pay in cash to have the car released. The police said we did not have to do so we did it for our safety and because we thought we may never get our car back.
