Herb's Heating & Air Conditioning

This company is a bunch of CROOKS! Be Warned! I purchased a water pump paid $150 for the part and $68 for shipping was charged a $10 fee for orders over $100 and a $10 fee for internet orders. The water pump was so cheaply made it had a small crack in the metal near the screw hole on the mount. I called customer service ([redacted]) to see how to exchange the part and was spoken to like a child at first. They refused to exchange the part. They wanted me to order a new part pay for shipping again and pay to ship the broken part back. Then I was told that if they found the damage to be caused by us they would not refund my money for the part. When I said that was not going to work for me [redacted] started using profanity telling me if I didn't buy the part from them they wouldn't except the part back and it would be my loss. I told him I felt like he was blackmailing me so I asked repeatedly to speak with the owner and was told NO.. So in the end I paid about $300 and all I have is a broken part.
