How can the customer say there wasn't a transmission problem, when she
couldn't even drive the car to us. The customer had it towed to my shop because
the transmission was slipping bad. I couldn't take it down the road because it
was slipping so bad. Again I checked the fluid it was black ,had slip codes in
the transmission, no motor codes just transmission.We dropped the pan had all
kinds of clutch material in it, from the end cover and drum going bad. Why would
I have the car for over a week if the transmission wasn't bad? I had to order
all the hard parts for it.I like to have a customers vehicle for 2 or 3 days
tops.If the customer would have requested to see the parts she could have seen
all the damage.The customer picked up her car, drove her car for a week before
she experienced a second problem on the motor.A throttle body isn't going to
cause black fluid and hard part damage in the transmission. I'm glad she fixed
her motor problem.What happened to the water in the wire harness? There will be
no refund for the transmission because it was bad.She still has a 1year - 12,000
mile warranty.
