Herca covered my entire roof with Solar Panels Our experience was great from the initial sale all the way through the install Our Sales Person was extremely knowledgeable She reviewed a few years of my SDGE bills and prepared an extremely comprehensive document explaining exactly what was needed to make it (the power Company) go away Then the install team also did a very professional and quick job of getting the whole thing installed and running I would definitely use them again

It can't correct itselfSince notifying Herca I have been losing money for approximately days There is no mention of reimbursement of this nor of the days to follow There is no response to my concern regarding how this system and the warranty is not large enough to cover my needs It was made very clear in the beginning that I was looking to find a system to zero out my bill Regards, [redacted]
