Thank you for contacting us and following up on the visit from 8/20/16.  Saturdays in August are certainly one of our more popular dates to visit Hersheypark and we can appreciate the impact the others taking advantage of the same visit date.   Hersheypark Tickets are...

non-refundable.  Our records indicate the guest accepted the provided resolution, a voucher for a return visit through the end of the 2016 season, before leaving on the day of her visit.  Since the guest resides outside the local area, we are happy to extend the validity of the voucher to support a return visit during the 2017 Summer Season.

Thank you for your email and inquiry and follow up from your intended visit date of April 22.  As a fellow parent, I can only imagine the emotions everyone was feeling that day.  Under normal circumstances, we are contractually bound to the client's wishes for semi-private events....

Also, is this voucher valid during the Halloween activities in October?
