We purchased one of the higher end heating units at the *** in Sept 2017. We expected delivery the second week of Oct but did not receive the unit until the second week of Nov. It did not work appropriately and with the assistance of customer service determined it had a bad mother board. The 1st heater was returned, replaced by a second which did not work according to instructions and did not raise room temperature. Second unit returned, owner did not wish to refund the guaranteed unit and required that I receive a third unit. The 3rd unit also did not work properly in the environment. It was returned Dec 20th. Owner agreed to full refund which was finally processed Jan 3, 2018. I would not recommend these heaters or this distributor.
WE DID NOT SAY 2ND WEEK OF OCTOBER AS WE KNEW OUR SHIPMENTS WERE RUNNING LATER THIS YEAR IN THE FALL AND WE SOLD OUT OF OUR FIRST DELIVERIES MUCH FASTER THEN ANTICIPATED DUE TO LARGE INCREASE IN SALES. OUR HEATERS WORK IN PROBABLY 99% OF IT APPLICATIONS PEOPLE USE THEM FOR AS OUR RETURNS ARE SLIM TO NONE. VERY FEW. WE HAVE THE TOP OF THE LINE AND WE GIVE EVERY A CUSTOMER A COMPLETE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE AS WELL AS A 5 YR WARRANTEE. THE LONGEST IN THE INDUSTRY. THE ONLY THING THE CUSTOMER. HAS TO DO IS SEND IT BACK IF THEY CHOOSE TO. THIS PERSON WOULD NOT AND WE FELT SORRY AS SHE HAD A BAD BACK SO WE PAID ALL HER SHIPPING CHARGES , AND PAID EXTRA FOR HER WITH CALL TAGS. THE REASON FOR THE EXTRA UNITS WAS IN CASE OF ANY MECHANICAL ISSUES. BUT THERE WAS NONE HER APPLICATION WHAT EVER IT MAY HAVE BEEN I GUESS FOR HER IT WASNT WORKING ENOUGH. BUT OUR SUCCESS RATE OVER ALL IS GREAT WITH A 10 TIME LOWER RETURN RATE THEN OTHER PLACES. SO WE REFUNDED AND MOVED ON
