I acknowledge that at the end of this move we had a issue with one of the workers and I acknowledge that he acted unprofessionalBeside this one issue the other workers kept on with the move and completed the move we offered...Mr [redacted] $refund for the actions of the one worker and she refused it, this offer still stands All our moving Trucks come fully equipped with moving pads, shrink wrap, tapes,dollies, four wheeler , tools We have no knowledge her walls was nick Since she stated her wall is nick by our movers we willing to send SPG Construction to repair her walls Yes our guys put her bed to get rightIf her bed was put together incorrectly? We send two movers at her new locations the next working business day for free hours Our guys went there to help Ms [redacted] staging boxes and other furniture around her houseShe never mentioned her beds was put together incorrectlyWe told her that we don't provide boxes for the grandfather clockWe advice her to go to a grandfather clock store to find the proper boxes to box her grandfather clock

I have damages, they were told when asking for an estimate that this was not a bedroom moveNO ONE cared about what I said and I told her several time but they are professional, no they aren't and then they slipped a nother person at the guys request and I was told I had to payThis is a bad situation and they didn't careI even invited them out to see the mess and knowone made any remarks

When she booked the move, she was not sure about picking up the washer and dryerThe $was for the extra stop to get the washer and dryerWe told the consumer that in advanceEven if an extra stop is not on the paper work, we do it for the customer if they request it. We were not an hour

we did everything in power to make her happy . we work until 4 in  the morning to get her move done. her move was successful .  the move taking us a  long time because she had a lot to move . she had 6 bedroom worth of household goods in 2 bedroom condo. the next  working...

business day we send 2 extra move at no cost to move stuff around her house. she still was not happy.
