Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, clearly the attached invoice from New Caney Movers confirms that they "guarantee based solely on the info below" continues to the second page where on the second page notes -Stairs$to move the upright piano to the first living level.Additionally, it is noted the $includes the first hours paid via [redacted] and the invoice shows he charged us the $- if he didn't move the piano then why was I charged and he accepted the $- These items are proof that we paid for a piano move up stairs to the first living area and the $for [redacted] ***His mover, Herbert, noted on the invoice that he admittedly dropped the pianoHis actions toward the complaint are contrary to his claim of being a professionally run company are deplorable I respectfully ask the Revdex.com to do some further research on he claimOne minute he tells me I never paid for a piano move, the next he says we'll pay you 60cents per poundI contacted his insurance company - they have responded that he is uncooperative and would not allow them to interview the employee responsibleDisturbing response, wouldn't you agree? I have all these responses in writing

Mr*** was only charged for the time the men workedHe purchased hours through ***It does not mean that the job will be done within that time frame.The crew worked an extra minutes which also includes the drive time from pickup to drop off. The crew that was sent to him has
worked for me for over years with NO COMPLAINTS OR DAMAGES.In the customers complaint, he states that the medicine was in their possession, and that they where in a bag inside another bagThat they where removed from that sack that was inside another sackSeems to me that they must have lost their own medicine along the way or misplaced them when they got to the new placeThey also say they unpacked for days to lookWhy look in boxes if they had them in their possession?Seems like they contradict them selves to me. Every customer is told to make sure that they keep all valuables, medicines and important papers with them, that way they are accessible if they should need them before everything is in place and unpacked from the moveThe owner was not speaking directly to the customer, he was not even on the phone. New Caney Movers LLC is not responsible for the customer loosing their medicine that was in their possession and will NOT refund them any more moneys that the men worked forthey where already discounted the extra minutesWe have a signed contract for the work that was done and completed, Thank you,Robert & Penny S*New Caney Movers LLC***

Mr. [redacted],You have only provided us with an accusation, no proof.  The men on your crew have worked for me for many years with not even one complaint on them.   My business means the world to me, this is what provides for my family, gives my children food on the table and a home to lay at night.. Know you have said that the medicine was in your possession the entire time. in a bag, that was inside another bag.  So when exactly did they have a chance to "steal"  your non narcotic med's.  You have not provided a police report, you have not provided any proof from doctor and pharmacy. Do you have them on camera? I believe, you have lost/ thrown away, your own medicine that was in YOUR possession. We apologize that this inconvenience has happened to you, but we are not responsible.

We have provided a service with a signed contract agreeing to the terms. He did not purchase additional insurance or purchase for full replacement Value. We WILL NOT GIVE A FULL REFUND. background should understand these rules. Not try to use his background as a way to bully a company or any person.New Caney Movers follows the laws of claims proceedings. We also have the right to deny any claim. We do not have to put up with this kind of behavior or threats of harm in any fashion, from any one!  Attached is a copy of Claims Acknowledgement letter (verbatim, per state law.), pictures of claimed damage( fridge and table). No chairs or bowl. Items must be properly packed in a box (bowl) box must have physical damage outside to qualify as mover responsibility. Items where packed by customer, Not New Caney Movers.emails of threats from Mr. [redacted] and all correspondence. have been emailed to [redacted]Mr [redacted] decision to behave this way, we reserve the right to deny his claim.

His mover, Herbert, noted on the invoice that he admittedly dropped the piano. His actions toward the complaint are contrary to his claim of being a professionally run company are deplorable.  I respectfully ask the Revdex.com to do some further research on he claim. Sorry to hear that items where damaged during your move.  I will address this with my office immediately, As for me,  the owner, I have not been informed of this damage until now. Normally, we send out someone to fix walls that have been damaged as well as the furniture. Glass is sent to a...

[redacted] chose to not sign in the proper places on contracts clearly highlighted. Do to neglect signing we are not replacing or repairing her piano. That she did not tell us it was beeing moved up or down stairs there is a fine line between. Thieft and steeling she complied with both. U chage...

extra for addional insurance did not purchase theft but want me to replace that is theft. Second she did not tell anyone about piano going up or down stairs when moving a piano up or down stairs it takes proper equipment piano board thanks for the help I have filed hassment charges and am  taking to court. I will sue for all losses and any moves buyer be ware here comes a lier and theft
