Hercules Transmissions

Was sold a tranny when it was a faulty negitive battery ground cable. Brought our car in to get evaluated. After a few days they said a new tranny is needed $1800.00 so I aggreeded. He added that he was so good at his job that he knows what gears are faulty before he even open up the tranny just by listening to them. What a joke...WHO says that?? After a week we were set to pick up got a call and they said still has a problem .. maybe a solenoid problem. And to pick it up next week. Then got a call to come get it. Came and got it drove it a couple of miles it wasnt right. Call them up and they said to drive it the new Tranny has to synchronize with rest of the car. So we did I felt we were doing more damage so we brought it to my mechanic and he look at it and found a faulty ground cable. I brought it back to Hercules and they were surprised they missed that and said that they will fix it right away. Upon doing that the car is running perfect. So I paid $1800.00 for a 100.00 negitive battery cable. Attached is the quote that we got when it was diagnosed properly by the other auto garage. One other thing that did happen while I was getting my cable fixed they kept it over night and when I picked it up the nexted day the car was infested with rat dropping. They ate our Weight Watchers food that we had in the car. And pissed and crapped all over the entire car. Later found out that they do have a rat problem and offered me a couple of oil changes to compensate for the food I lost and the detail of the car that was needed. The building next store confirmed the rat proplem and has those rat boxes all over there property. I went back to talk to him and he wasnt nice at all and said to take him to court!! Who has time for that. Since they so called gave me a 1 year guarantee on the tranny with no milege cap. I dont want to go back to them for anything they are crooks and run a shaddy buisness. This is why I should get my entire money back $1800.00. Value of food $200.00 detailing of the car $100.00
