Review: The business failed to deliver the service for the money it already collected, i.e., no results for the money that the business already collected. Inability of the business to keep projects within reasonable and expected time frame for the type of project. Contractor not responding to the calls of the customer in relation to the projects stipulated under the contractual agreement. Substandard quality of the work done for some parts itemized in the contractual agreement between the contractor and the client.Desired Settlement: Finish all the parts of the project itemized in the contract, honor contractual agreement in terms of contracted price, deliver the service for the funds collected by the contractor and payed by the client. Uphold the standards generally delivered and expected for the specific products and projects in the industry. Deliver the service according to reasonable and expected time frame and quality in the industry for the same type of product and level of investment
