*** did fix the garage ceiling that was falling in on my car. There are many repairs that need fixed on the inside of my condo. My anniversary date is June 7th. When I asked *** when he planned on fixing them he said June 7th. Technically I have to give him until then to do the repairs. If he does not I will file another complaint at that time. I appreciate your help. I truly believe he would have never fixed the ceiling if you did not become involved*** ***

please let me know. The real responsible party here was the [redacted] Condo Association. However, the leaky garage issue should now be resolved to Ms. [redacted]'s satisfaction.

I do have a few comments:
1. [redacted]'s attorney said I should have directed my complaint to [redacted] Scott Homeowners Association.  I did contact the homeowners association of which [redacted] is the president.  He did not respond to my emails. 
2. He would not responds to my text messages.
3. He never answered my phone calls and I could not leave a message due to his mailbox being full (always).
4. Every time it rained or snowed there was evidence of water damage, and every time I forwarded pictures to [redacted] of which most he did not respond.
5. On two occasions when he did respond he did not try to find the problem, he just painted over it. (twice)
6. I have text messages of which he did not respond, emails of which he did not respond,  and over 100 pictures of the damage.
7. [redacted] made 2 appointments with me to meet at the condo, of which I had to leave work, and he did not show up.
8. After I contacted the Revdex.com, then [redacted] reacted, he got the drywaller out and the roofers out.  When [redacted] did come out he had  attitude as if I did something wrong.  (which is beside the point)
9. Since the drywaller was out and the roofers were out I have not noticed any damage.
In closing, there are things inside the condo that needs fixed.  I also have sent [redacted] pictures of this, of which he has not responded.  When I mentioned this to [redacted], he said we would worry about that June 7th.  That will be a year of me moving into the condo.  I would like to keep my complaint open until all the repairs are done.
