I have been dealing with this company on a auto loan and have really struggled, however they have worked with me the whole time so I don't understand what all of the complaints are for at first I had a very rude rep, but then it was switched to someone else and no problems at all, it should be done soon and hopefully I will get the title without all of this negativity in the reviews

These guys are amazing willing to work with you and they care about more than just getting money we have a loan for a car through them I have never experienced so many helpful people when dealing with loans.
The way the quick auto on Indianapolis Blvd I will never go to again. First I was told the down payment was only 800 and come to find out after talking to the bank the sales associate should have said the down payment was 1300. So instead of him saying that from the get go I had to pay heritage a 500 loan. Now my car has been in the shop twice already and anybody with half a brain can tell that for the problems with the car now it is easy to see that the dealer never had the car looked at and if they did it was a back alley mechanic. Now I'm expected to pay close to 1800 dollars in repairs for something that they should have fixed in the first place.

I am very happy with the company, spoke with Dawn for my payment to be delayed and very happy at her and her help with everything, Thank you
