In I order an engine to be built, I have paid two thirds of the costs (already bought the cranckshaft at $4495)in order to get the engine built ready for shipping (approx $includes crankshaft cost) I have been in contact (somewhat sporadic replies from the company) with the company up until July last year requesting updates on the progress of the engine buildSince July last year I have sent emails and left messages on their answer machine with no response whatsoever

This business is holding my personal property which consists of automotive engine components I personally delivered them to the business in September of so that repair work could be performedFrom December of to August of the business would not respond to any of my attempts to communicateIn late August of I asked the local police to visit the address to determine if the owner and business were still there Later that afternoon I received an email and invoice from the business I told the owner that I would come to collect the parts personally and pay the invoice in cash at the time of pickupThe owner says that he will not allow this and is demanding full payment of invoice plus crating and shipping fees with no other optionsThe business has repeated this in several emails
I do not accept this stance, I do not trust the business, and feel it is well within my rights to collect my personal property where I delivered it and where it currently sits
There

I purchased a number of parts from Wishbone Classics, and one of the items was sold with a "core" charge, which means that they charge a fee, then return the fee once I return the old "core" part
Approximately days after I placed the order, I returned the core to the address that was indicated in the payment invoice that was emailed from the seller to me
Nowhere in the sales agreement was it stipulated that the core needed to be returned within a particular period of timeNowhere in the sales agreement was it stipulated that the core was to be returned to a particular addressI emailed the seller in advance of shipping the core back to notify them that the core was being returned in exchange for the $core fee that I paid in advanceThe seller did not indicate, let alone reply, that there was any issue with thisI sent the core back to the seller using the physical address that was used in the payment invoice the seller emailed to me
It has been a month and a hal
