I picked up a used Jeep from this business, and now it looks like I am going to have to part it out to recoup the money lost, because they refuse to honor the warrantyThe Jeep has serious electrical, computer, and transmission problems, and they keep telling me that those problems are "features" that everyone wantsAlso, the brake pedal goes all the way to the floor before it even comes close to stopping the JeepWhen I took it back, I had to be prepared to stop using the parking brakeAnyone considering doing business with this business really needs to think long and hard about itbecause they don't back anything they sell, even though they offer a dealer warranty at no charge
Bought a vehicle from here and they lied about the car fax, failed to fix body issues on the vehicle and the windshield after we told them right away of the issues. We had a 30 warranty and they scheduled us to bring the vehicle in after the 30 days only to buff it and say that's the best they could do. Not satisfied. Now they buffed it to the clear coat so it needs to be repainted and I still need a new windshield.
