I signed up in January through covered California marketplaceMy customer service person at Covered California told me my doctor was covered and after the deductible percent of my prescriptions were coveredI contacted health net California directly through customer service to verify coverage of prescriptions I was told that with my Bronze HSA plan I would pay the deductible for prescriptions and then they would be covered percent I had a problem with the wording of the policy but was assured that I would get coverageWhen I had an issue with their recommended pharmacy they told me that I had prescription benefits I then called Health net California and talked to a supervisor who talked to her supervisor and she said this is correct I need to pay a deductible and then I get coverage for prescriptions She said she had never seen a policy like this and felt it was intentionally misleading and suggested I file a claim I contacted covered California and was told

on 6/10/2013 bought a 2000 toyota camery from heritage auto 718 w.main st in waterbury,ct after purchaced first day engine light came on.went back and gotcar tested .it was evac valve in the emissions.they said they would order parts to getit fixed .and no parts have been order till date ofjuly 27,2013..they said they ordered parts from county line nissan.when I called them nissan told me that no such thing has been ordered,my car is a toyota,and they only order for nissan.after I called heritage back and spoke to sam who I bought the car from,and he told me he was going to order the part,and the part would be here,on friday july 26,2013 he would call me on that day .no phone call .I have been giving false info from them for over a month.and keep being run around file this complaint.nothing has been done till date.thank you otis s. smithDesired Settlement: all I want is that my car is fixed now I need my car to find work..thnk you
